Rosemary - Its chemical constituents allow it to be antibacterial, rubefacient (in simple terms: increases blood circulation externally), antioxidant, and stimulating.
Nettle: It is known for its vitamin content, containing iron, silica, magnesium, and vitamins A, C, and K. This lovely plant is also known for its anti-inflammatory properties.
Horsetail: They contain high amounts of silica, other minerals, flavonoids, and saponins.
